Sophie Glynn
Sophie (she/her) is committed to providing clients with a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space to explore their concerns and feel heard. She endeavours to empower individuals by helping them to recognise their strengths and approach their goals with self-compassion and curiosity. Sophie uses skills from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, but primarily draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks. These approaches are tailored to suit each individual client based on their situation and goals for therapy. Sophie has a particular interest in working with LGBTQIAP+ people and has experience supporting adolescent and adult clients with a range of concerns.
