Psychologist

David provides a warm, caring, and non-judgemental therapeutic approach to therapy that draws from various evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. These approaches are tailored to a person’s unique experiences and treatment goals to ensure that each individual’s needs are considered.

David has experience working with children, adolescents and adults, through a range of presentations including depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, trauma, personality disorders, neurodiversity, aging, relationship difficulties, body image, sleep, and anger. David enjoys working collaboratively with clients to improve their wellbeing and has a special interest in working with individuals who also belong to the LGBTIQAP+ community and/or neurodivergent individuals who may face unique challenges.

David is available at our Carlton clinic (Mondays and Fridays) and our St Kilda clinic (Wednesdays).
