Caroline completed a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne before going on to complete her Master of Clinical Psychology. Caroline has a clinical background in a forensic setting with drug and alcohol-related issues and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society as well as the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. Caroline works across most psychological disorders but has a particular interest in depression, anxiety, grief, attachment, self-esteem and relationship/interpersonal difficulties.

Caroline is committed to creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship with her clients and practices using evidence-based approaches towards client-centred goals. Caroline works with both adolescents and adults and is available for 1:1 therapy and couples therapy. She emphasises the importance of a flexible approach and often enjoys conducting ‘walk-and-talk’ 1:1 therapy sessions where possible.
