Clinical Psychologist

Ben received his Graduate Diploma in Psychology from The University of Melbourne, and completed his Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and Masters of Clinical Psychology at ACU. Ben has been working with adults and teenagers to help them lead rich and meaningful lives since 2018. He does this by providing a collaborative space that is warm, safe, and judgement-free.

Ben has a passion for working with queer and neurodivergent folk, and has a special interest in adult ADHD. Ben’s approach is tailored to you and may draw on evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to suit your personality, goals, and individual needs. Ben is passionate about empowering you to identify your strengths, develop strategies and tools for positive change, boost your wellbeing and resilience, and build understanding and acceptance of yourself.

Ben has held senior roles in mental health organisations such as headspace and Orygen, is a published researcher, a Board Approved Supervisor (with clinical endorsement), and also works at the University of Melbourne, providing supervision to provisional psychologists who are undergoing postgraduate training.
