Halo Jones

Halo’s work is informed by a lifetime of lived experience as a queer and transgender woman. She is also a tutor in psychology, and an advocate for TGD people in the family violence space. Halo works with people of all ages and backgrounds, to help them with whatever problems they are facing in life. She works within a CBT framework, but is flexible and collaborative in her approach. She aims to create a calm, safe, and welcoming space for her clients.
Halo believes strongly in the human and social rights of gender and sexual minority groups, and recognizes the need for representation within healthcare. Halo recognizes the different and changing needs of people within the LGBTIQAP+ community. She has a particular interest in working with TGD and neurodiverse people in order to help them face their challenges, celebrate their milestones, and discover, explore, and live their authentic and unique lives.
